Complaints
Dodd & Associates will make every reasonable effort to resolve any comlaints or disputes quickly and amicably.
If you wish to make a complaint about a service you have received, please submit an email to us at support@dodd.co.uk including as much detail from the issue you have. We will acknowledge your complaint within one business day and aim to resolve any issues within three business days.
If you are not happy with the initial outcome of your complaint and it relates to a .uk Domain Name registration, then you have the opportunity to escalate the issue to Nominet (the .uk registry) here.
Abuse
Concerns or complaints regarding abuse of Domain Name registrations or any of our services should be sent to abuse@doddandassociates.co.uk
